The Need

As a global leader in hygiene products with a presence in over 175 countries, Kimberly-Clark needed to identify and anticipate consumer trends to develop data-driven strategies. Data intelligence became essential in optimizing their production, logistics, marketing, and shelf display strategies. Over the years, the company’s focus expanded beyond retail trends to include digital brand positioning and online performance.

Technology used

  • Snowflake – Data Cloud
  • Power BI
  • BW – SAP BI Module
  • Hana –Tableau

The solution

            • We partnered with Snowflake Data Cloud and Power BI to provide real-time, scalable, cloud-based access to global data for all of Kimberly-Clark’s subsidiaries.

Our broad technological expertise allowed us to evolve with the company’s changing needs, ensuring seamless transitions. We initially worked with SAP’s Business Intelligence module (BW), then migrated to HANA as the application database, and integrated Tableau for data visualization—eventually leading to the current cloud-based platform.

The benefit

  • Data is now a strategic asset, enabling Kimberly-Clark to redefine business goals, anticipate future scenarios, make informed decisions, and drive targeted marketing actions.

Our work with Kimberly-Clark, built over 14 years, has helped us understand what drives them forward and follow their pace.
