The Need

A global leader in agricultural equipment, needed a robust ERP to quickly adapt to market changes and scale with growth. The system also had to improve resource productivity enabling smarter, more connected workflows.

In 2010, our customer partnered with a regional firm to roll out JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in Argentina, customizing the system to local needs while maintaining regional standards.

TGV was selected to lead data migration and system installation.

By 2012, following the success of the initial project, our client continued to work with us to address challenges arising from their expansion, and we’ve been supporting them ever since.

Technology used

Security review of your JD Edwards E1 ERP 9.2. We determined the As Is Model of LAS security, defined the To Be Model and specified the adequacy strategies.

The solution

      • We optimized ERP security and streamlined sensitive processes related to user management. Additionally, we established a comprehensive maintenance plan with clearly defined goals. By integrating security into the company’s strategic framework, we helped Nutrien consolidated its approach to safeguarding critical systems.

      • We conducted a full security review of Nutrien’s JD Edwards E1 9.2 ERP. Our main goal was to assess the As Is LAS security model, define the To Be Model and outline strategies for alignment.

The benefit

Some of them are: General Ledger – Accounts Payable – Accounts Receivable – Capital Asset – Requirements Planning – Inventory – , –Manufacturing Accounting – Procurement & Subcontract – Sales Order Management – Transportation – Warehouse – Customer Self Service.
