What has differentiated TGV since the beginning is the company’s commitment to assure the quality of our services by developing projects under standards and methodologies that reflect the best practices in the industry, delivering the best results to our clients.

As part of a natural evolution of this commitment and our drive to strengthen our competitive advantages, TGV decided to certify its processes of software production under world renowned quality standards in the IT industry.

In addition, for the past five years TGV has had a Quality area within its formal structure in order to provide permanent support to the company’s operation.

TGV received its first CMMI© Maturity Level 2 accreditation in September 2007. In September of 2010, TGV was awarded a higher CMMI© maturity level—Level 3—when the company renewed its quality accreditation. This latest achievement is part of an ongoing initiative to improve the company’s productive processes, launched in 2005.

This guarantees that our processes are planned, documented, performed, monitored and controlled at project level. The requirements, standards and objectives for the processes, their work products and their services are defined and documented. The products’ status is visible to management at established check-points. In addition, the project objectives are achieved, including those established for the processes in terms of time, quality and cost.

TGV completed the Quality & Competitiveness Program (Q&C) with a three-star qualification after the final report was submitted by QOMG / CFI Group, the consulting firm selected by Microsoft to conduct the audit.

Q&C is a program designed to assess each participating company’s maturity level in the implementation of systematized management processes which make it possible to continually diagnose, evaluate and suggest improvements in the organizations. It is modeled on the quality and competitiveness management of international organizations so as to clearly observe the integral functioning of the company.
